We are hiring Sales/Design Consultant for our Islamabad Office.
- Responsible for dealing with the customers from measurement sites till the finished report.
- Develop and provide timely renders to the clients as per customer profiling.
- Aligning the activities of site verification, point marking, PDI, and installation.
- Responsible to visit the customerโs site at three stages i.e. before designing their proposal, during installation, and after installation.
- Meeting the assigned sales targets and maintaining, at all times, the updated KDW opportunity matrix.
- Coordinate with architects/contractors of our clientโs pending civil work, if any.
- Processing of client quotation/orders as per approved terms & conditions signed by the customer and ensure the final drawings and cost summaries are properly discussed and are signed off by clients.
- Follow up with the technical team for quotations, orders, and timely revisions.
- Review the quotations and drawings which are developed by the technical department and dispatching the hard copy of the order to the factory.
- Closely tracking the incoming payments, both against advances and the balance payments, to ensure timeliness.
- Follow up on clientsโ product deliveries, and coordinating with SCM for partial deliveries if any.
- Maintain follow-up of delivered items from the site department related to polishing, fixing, and measurements.
- Coordinating with the installation teams at regular intervals, to keep track of client installations and ensuring the complaints, if any, are resolved in a Maintaining and developing strong relations with the architects and keeping close track of their customersโ orders.
- Look after the display items regarding placement, price tagging, and ensuring the cleanliness of the floor.
- Verify the available stock position from the supply chain department for appliances, accessories, worktops, etc.
- Ensuring check and balance on KDW display inventory and ensuring no shortages are observed during stock counts.

- Minimum of Bachelors in Architectural/ Product designing, Industrial designing or an equivalent education from HEC recognized institute
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant field.
