We Are Hiring: Assistant Merchandiser (Fabric)
International Textile Limited is looking for a proactive Assistant Merchandiser (Fabric) to support day-to-day merchandising operations in a fast-paced textile manufacturing environment. The role involves handling SAP-related material creation, maintaining product specifications and BOMs, coordinating accessories and trims, and supporting sampling, packaging, and dispatch activities while ensuring compliance with approved specifications and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create finished and semi-finished materials in SAP as per approved specifications
- Update and maintain product specification sheets in line with marketing and customer approvals
- Prepare and maintain BOMs and highlight variances as per SOP
- Maintain proper records of trims cards, accessories cards, shade cards, and related documentation
- Generate accessories reservations and plan accessory orders in SAP
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, and QA for timely delivery and clearance
- Prepare sticker artwork detail sheets and manage sticker artwork approvals and printing
- Finalize polybag and carton sizes as per customer requirements
- Coordinate sample making, audits, and customer dispatches
- Support the Merchandiser in daily operational tasks and reporting
