International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is seeking candidates for the position of 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 (𝗘𝗙𝗦). The role is responsible for managing end-to-end EFS operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Manage and ensure compliance with Export Facilitation Scheme (EFS) and relevant SROs
• Coordinate with customs authorities at Dry Port for matters such as endorsement of new HS Codes, enhancement of license face value, and regulatory updates
• Liaise with IOCO for approval of new Analysis Cards and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with export department to prepare export invoices reflecting consumption of materials imported under SROs
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of reconciliation statements as per regulatory requirements
• Handle PCA (Post Clearance Audit) requirements, facilitate audits, and ensure timely resolution of observations
• Maintain accurate and updated import/export records for audit and compliance purposes
• Conduct monthly plan audits including physical verification and SAP-based reconciliation of materials
• Research and identify prospective suppliers to support import requirements
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate proposals, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
• Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements and commitments
• Coordinate with internal departments including finance, supply chain, and production for seamless operations
• Stay updated with changes in customs laws, EFS policies, and regulatory frameworks.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field
• 10 – 12 years of experience in import/export operations, EFS or regulatory compliance (preferably in manufacturing sector)
• Strong knowledge of Export Facilitation Scheme (EFS), SROs, HS Codes, and customs procedures
• Hands-on experience dealing with customs authorities, IOCO, and audit bodies
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
