We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager Sales Analyst – Sales Planning

Responsibilities include:

• Managing & monitoring allocation units (authorization to book customer orders) by considering forecast, balance production, stock in hand etc. in order to ensure availability of vehicle booking nationwide at all times.
• Monitoring & compiling the requirements of vehicles nationwide for review and approval.
• Coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve planning related issues
• Analyzing the status of customer orders to check their status in order to ensure smooth invoicing
• Managing the IMC stock at the dealerships and ensuring timely invoicing.
• Liaison with PC&L department to finalize the production plan on a 4 month rolling basis.
• Analyzing the monthly forecast & managing the process of dealership annual sales plan.
• Preparation of management weekly & monthly sales presentations.

Additional Requirements:

• Good Data Analytical skills
• Proficient use of MS Excel
• Good with numbers

Minimum Experience: 1 year

Qualification: BS/BBA/ACCA
