Imtiaz is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Officer – HR Operations to join our team in Peshawar. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations at the branch level while delivering strong employee support.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Peshawar
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelor’s in HR (MBA Preferred)
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Minimum 2 years in HR operations or a generalist role.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠:
- Managing and maintaining employee data in HRIS
• Handling attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
• Preparing HR reports for decision-making
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and audits (PF, KPESSI)
• Supporting onboarding, induction, and exit processes
• Responding to employee queries on policies and benefits
• Assisting in HR policy implementation across the branch
