Job Description:

Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for goods sold or services rendered.
Processing and recording transactions.
Maintaining records regarding payments and account status.
Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.
Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms.

Qualification: MBA – Finance

Experience: 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.

Location: Head Office, Karachi

Job Description:

Review and supervision of any decentralized trade, OPEX or other types of payment approvals (as per approved policy) are to be strictly complied by cashiers; transaction summaries are monitored and reductions are proposed there of.
Review and supervision of timely and accurate accounting of branch expenses (being done by themselves) in ERP; ensuring the entries are correctly parked and posted (after compliance).
Review and supervision of summaries of expenses, along with proper compliance reviews by FLs, BM/RMs, and timely submission of documents to head office.
Review and supervision of timely and compliant disbursement of people related expenses (salaries, OT, advance, F&F, etc.) and timely reversals of unpaid items (unclaimed disbursements).
Review and supervision of timely collection of cash from POS as per ascertained policy (minimum twice a day); ensuring timely and accurate accounting of such transactions.
Compilation and reporting of fake and soiled notes from till and ensuring proper compliance; Timely accounting fake and soiled notes; timely reporting thereof.
Review and supervision of timely deposition of cash to Bank and ensure completeness and confidentiality.
Ensuring proper management of credit card slips and its data warehousing to ensure timely availability of information to HO.
Safeguard of asset and strict compliance in terms of cash room control
Ensure proper Home Delivery document sent to HO along with daily tracker and resolve any query raised by HO team.

Qualification: ACCA – Finalist / CMA – Finalist / MBA – Finance

Experience: 4 – 5 years of relevant experience.
