📍 Location: Karachi (Branch based)

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

💼 Experience:

2–4 years of relevant experience in cash handling, preferably in retail or FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of cash management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Familiarity with POS systems and MS Excel.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Good numerical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Handle daily cash transactions, including receipts, payments, and deposits.
Ensure accurate cash counts and maintain cash balance at all times.
Reconcile cash registers and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Prepare daily cash reports and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with accounts team for recording and reporting of transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
Manage POS transactions and support front-end operations when required.
Assist in audits by providing necessary cash records and reports.

📍 Location: Abbottabad. (Preference will be given to local candidates)

🎓 Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (MBA preferred).

💼 Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and manage time-off processes.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, deductions, and adjustments.
Maintain up-to-date and compliant personnel files in line with labor laws.
Assist with statutory compliance (e.g., P.F, PESSI) and HR audits.
Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies.
