Imtiaz is looking to hire candidate for the position of “Management Trainee – Finance”.

Function: Financial Planning & Budgeting

Location: Head Office, Karachi

Job Description:

Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualification: B.S – Accounting & Finance from a reputable university.

POSITION: Manager – Master Data Management (MDM)

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Analytics or a related field.
MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
8-10 years of experience in Master Data Management, data governance or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leading role.
Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems and proficiency in data management tools and frameworks.
Strong ability to assess data inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
Proven experience in leading teams and working cross-functionally to drive data governance initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement Master Data Management (MDM) policies, ensuring standardization and adherence to best practices.
Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all retail systems while ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Cross-Functional collaboration with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business teams to optimize data governance processes and improve decision-making.
Monitor data security, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to improve overall data quality.
Lead and mentor the MDM team, providing training and guidance to enhance skills and drive continuous improvement.
