Imtiaz is looking to hire candidate for the position of “Management Trainee – Finance”.

Location: Head Office, Karachi
Job Description:
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualification: B.S – Accounting & Finance from a reputable university.

POSITION: Manager – Master Data Management (MDM)
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Analytics or a related field.
- MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in Master Data Management, data governance or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leading role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems and proficiency in data management tools and frameworks.
- Strong ability to assess data inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
- Proven experience in leading teams and working cross-functionally to drive data governance initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement Master Data Management (MDM) policies, ensuring standardization and adherence to best practices.
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all retail systems while ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional collaboration with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business teams to optimize data governance processes and improve decision-making.
- Monitor data security, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to improve overall data quality.
- Lead and mentor the MDM team, providing training and guidance to enhance skills and drive continuous improvement.
