POSITION: Agency Sales Executive (outdoor)
LOCATION: Bahawalpur
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily visit & sells company product by establishing contact and developing relationships with agencies.
- Meeting Monthly sales targets.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Taking and generating orders from the agencies by visiting them regularly and managing recoveries.
- Maintaining relationships with the existing agencies and increase order volumes
- Generation of Daily Sales Report and submitting it to Sales Manager.
- Suggesting new ways to increase sales volume.
- Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies.
- Responsible to meet the deadlines given for the targets achieving.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
SKILLS:
- Presentation Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Time Management Skills
EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years of proven experience from Insurance set up or loan banking/Bancassurance will be plus point.
