Ideas by Gul Ahmed Jobs AM Reporting & Documentation: Ideas by Gul Ahmed is looking for AM – Reporting and Documentation for its Maintenance Department in Karachi
The candidate will be responsible for following
- Daily collect data of tickets generated as per type, status, category, requester, technicians.
- Weekly collect spend data from Dynamics as per requester, technicians, region and cost center.
- Maintain cost data in GLPI system.
- Daily follow-up for ticket solving performance and coordinate with supervisors to timely resolve complaint. Also coordinate with DGM for any price negotiation.
- Arrange weekly departmental meeting and prepare FMD performance presentation based on KPI goals.
- Monthly KPI Report as per goals set by HOD FM.
- Identify system improvement requirements and follow-up with IT department for implementation.
- Arrange meeting with departments, contractors and vendors.
- Manage all departmental members leaves.
- Manage all FMD documentation.
Candidates should be having minimum of 3 years of experience and should be a graduate.
