Overall Responsibilities:
Lead Engineering to make sure that the Plant, Equipment and Utilities are well-maintained and run in optimum cost efficient manner as per Good Engineering Practices and Management recommendations.
Key Accountabilities:
- To plan and conduct validation of Engineering services and Plant/Equipment in co-ordination with Production and QA personnel
- To lead and plan the work regarding Maintenance, Development and expansion of Production Facilities and related Operations.
- Inventory Management, Vendor Management and renewals of concerned Contract Agreements.
- Networking with Plant Operation Head to stay current with global development, exploring cost effective solutions bring knowledge and experience. Prepare CAPEX and OPEX budget and provide feedback to Finance where required.
- To maintain expenses of the department and ensure the proper utilization of company funds, and to obtain proper approval.
- Ensure colleagues safety, safety of assets and the environment.
