ICI Pakistan Ltd. is hiring an Area Sales Manager in the Textiles – Dyes segment for our Chemicals and Agri Science business based in Lahore. We are looking for a candidate with experience in the Plastics and Packages industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- New business and customer development in the dyes sector within the Faisalabad region.
- Monitor and facilitate managers in conducting meetings.
- Work closely with business and function heads to develop and implement meaningful action plans, while ensuring regular follow-up.
- Develop and implement meaningful action plans focused on improving sales for new customers.
- Identify and facilitate the resolution of business/enterprise level concerns resulting from managerial action plans.
- Ensure meeting the business targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Monitor and manage the customers with respect to orders and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure provision of FC/LV of the region against respective targeted product areas and improve the FC accuracy percentage.
- Develop business geared at new customers and add CM as per given budget.
- Maintain the customer base and add new potential credible customers. Increase volume on existing customers.
- Regular follow up with the customers and ensuring prompt customer service.
- Maintain indirect sales via dealers of the respective region.
