Position Title: ASM to SM, Operations Management Department— Lahore
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling day to day counter transactions. This role will play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency while contributing to the formulation and implementation of banking policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Incumbent will be responsible for:
- Process transactions related to clearing, remittances, collection, etc.
- Make pay orders and account transfers ensuring full compliance with ICBC policies and SBP regulations.
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, balancing and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring that accounts are opened and maintained in line with Bank’s internal procedures and KYC requirements
- Issue Bank Statements and Maintenance certificates to employees on request
Qualification and Skills Required:
Incumbent should have:
- Minimum qualification should be Bachelors/Masters in Banking / Finance / Economics
- Minimum 02 years of experience in Banking Industry or Accounting Firms with Banking Service Experience
- Familiar with Bank Operations pertaining to RTGS, remittances, account opening, cheque clearing, cash handling etc.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel / Access)

Position Title: APM to PM2, Operations Management Department— Karachi
Position Overview:
This position is the backup of Operations Manager, and is responsible for regulatory reporting, financial transactions, and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for:
- Management of corporate accounts related to updating information in core banking system.
- Review TOP-100 deposit customers’ account yearly exercise.
- Handle account remediation, including dormant account activation, e-banking setup, and record management.
- Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting to SBP, FBR, FMU, and other authorities (CRS, CTR, periodic reports).
- Process financial transactions including remittances, RTGS, pay orders, and customer service requests efficiently.
- Oversee branch operations in absence of the Operations Manager and support audit, compliance, and vendor coordination activities.
- Manage branch administrative functions including expense reconciliation, vendor payments, stationery/logistics coordination, and statutory reporting (e.g., Zakat).
Qualification and Skills Required:
Incumbent should have:
- Minimum qualification should be Bachelors/Masters in Banking / Finance / Economics.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in Banking Industry or Accounting Firms with Banking Service Experience.
- Familiar with Bank Operations and experience in submitting reports to State Bank and FBR.
