IBL Operations is seeking a dynamic and analytical Commercial Support Executive to support sales strategy, performance tracking, and business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop action plans based on KPIs, market insights, and customer engagement strategies
Conduct weekly, monthly & quarterly sales and brand analysis using Power BI & Excel
· Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations and business review decks for management
· Share actionable insights to optimize product coverage and revenue growth
· Manage field force tools (PDAs, order forms, kits) to enhance operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
· Strong analytical and reporting skills
· Proficient in Power BI, Excel & PowerPoint
· Experience in sales analytics or commercial support (pharma and IT background preferred)
