Position: Customer Support & Sales Specialist – Night Shift
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service AND inside sales experience
- Proven ability to handle objections and close over the phone or chat
- Strong communication skills in a sales-driven environment
- Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced call environments
- Ability to follow structured scripts while adapting to customer needs
- Strong organizational and follow-up discipline
- Ability to work late shifts (11:00 AM–8:00 PM or 12:00 PM–9:00 PM EST)
- Availability to work weekends based on staffing needs
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC or home services industry experience
- Prior experience selling HVAC memberships or maintenance agreements
- Experience working in ServiceTitan
- Background in outbound sales, call center sales, or lead generation environments
- Experience with text-based sales or SMS campaign follow-up

Position: Senior Network Engineer
Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering
- 4 to 5 years with WAN protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF,), LAN/WLAN (DNS, IP Addressing, QoS, Spanning Tree, Multicast), Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco ISR/ASR routers
- Knowledge of NG-Firewalls (Multi-vendor, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortigate), Security products/practices – ACLs, Firewalls, VPN, etc.
- Knowledge of wireless access controllers and access points.
- Project experience implementing core infrastructure, networking and cloud-based services for business teams or consumers
- Experienced in SDN/SD-WAN and Public Cloud, Security products/practices – ACLs, Firewalls, VPN, etc.
- Routing, Switching, VPNs troubleshooting expertise. Understanding of WAN and internet multi-homing architecture.
- Experienced in Security Audits, network patching/upgrades, and network security compliance policies.
- ITIL and Enterprise Change Management
- Project experience implementing core infrastructure, networking, and cloud-based services for business teams or consumers
- Operational excellence with knowledge of ITIL practices
- Strong NG-Firewalls Experience (Multi-vendor, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortigate)
- Cisco IOS, Cisco ASA/ Palo Alto (Firewall), Fortinet Wireless, Solar Winds and/or other Network Management utilities
- Team Management
