We are seeking an experienced and dynamic resource who will be an engineering graduate with strong leadership capabilities, responsible for leading the Project Planning function while ensuring effective coordination, execution, and governance of departmental activities. This role involves overseeing departmental budgets, including preparation, monitoring, and control of budget utilization, as well as managing IMS and structured documentation systems to support operational transparency and compliance. The position also requires leading continuous improvement initiatives, including 3M elimination, time and motion studies, and manpower calculations, with a strong focus on operational excellence and efficiency improvement. Additionally, the incumbent will lead comprehensive departmental documentation, such as daily and weekly project progress reports, project planning updates, procurement tracking, and in-house fabrication status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in relevant discipline (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics).
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong Command at AutoCAD/Solidworks/CATIA.
- Expert in Project Management tools.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
