Key Responsibilities:

Clip and upload 25-30 broadcast news segments daily, ensuring timely and optimized distribution.
Write engaging bilingual titles, descriptions, and hashtags for maximum visibility.
Design and test clickable thumbnails to improve CTR and audience retention.
Manage playlists, end screens, and metadata to boost discoverability and watch time.
Track and report performance metrics, identifying patterns to guide content strategy.
Collaborate with editorial, graphics, and SEO teams for trend-driven, brand-safe uploads.

Key Competencies:

Bachelor’s in Media, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years in YouTube content operations or newsroom video distribution.
Proficient in YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy/VidIQ, and Google Trends.
Skilled in thumbnail design using Photoshop or Canva.
Basic video editing ability (Premiere or similar) for quick clipping.
Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, real-time news cycles.

Bachelor’s (Journalism, Mass Comm)	2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and polish daily fashion, beauty, and lifestyle stories for tone, clarity, and style.
Write and optimise SEO-friendly headlines, captions, and metadata for both web and video content.
Assist in video scripting and packaging, including titles, thumbnails, and captions for Reels and Shorts.
Support homepage updates and trend coverage in pop culture and entertainment.
Refresh evergreen content (guides, product reviews, wellness explainers).
Collaborate with the creative team on visuals and social cross-promotion.

Key Competencies:

Excellent editing and copy-polishing skills with a visual, magazine sensibility.
Ability to contribute original ideas, an exceptional voice that comes through in their writing.
Awareness of beauty, fashion, and video trends across Instagram and YouTube.
Familiarity with SEO, CMS, analytics, and video workflows.
Willingness to learn new skills, incorporate editorial feedback to improve work, and make decisions informed by data and performance.
