Job Title: Content Writer
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Highpoint Ventures (Pvt) Ltd. (Hopscotch & Carom) is looking for a “Content Writer” to join the head office team.
Key Responsibilities:
Create compelling and original content for our website, blog, social media channels, and marketing materials.
Develop engaging product descriptions that highlight the features and benefits of our latest collections.
Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute content strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and fashion news to inform content development and maintain brand relevance.
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, or a related field.
2 to 3 Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle industry.

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Central Region
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
HOPSCOTCH® a kidswear brand operating since 2014, having a presence in the major cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Regional Sales Manager-Central Region” to join our Retail team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives in the Central region.
Oversee company-operated stores, ensuring optimal performance in terms of sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Lead and motivate store managers and sales teams to achieve individual and store-level targets.
Analyze store performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, as needed.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail industry.
