POSITION: Technical Support Manager/ OEM HLPL
Based at Lahore Office.
Hascol Lubricants Private Limited is looking for a Technical Support Manager for our Lubricants Sales Department based in Lahore.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with OEMs, industrial organizations and large customers, providing technical services
- Coordinate with the foreign principal, FUCHS on product specifications, applications, technical support, etc
- Monitor product utilization, handle customer inquiries, suggestions and complaints
- Conduct trainings for company staff and for customer staff
- Work closely with OEM partners and customers for developing new product uses and applications, formulations, conducting trails, etc
Education: Bachelors in Engineering in Mechanical/Chemical.
Experience: Minimum 02-05 years experience in Lubricants technical support and sales
