Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support daily engineering operations, ensuring smooth workflow
- Operate, monitor, and maintain boiler systems as Second Line Boiler Engineer
- Manage maintenance activities using SAP (work orders, breakdowns, PM schedules)
- Execute preventive & corrective maintenance plans to maximize reliability
- Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize operational downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering best practices
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation
- Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resources
- Coordinate with vendors for services and spare parts
- Drive continuous improvement in safety and operational efficiency
