Position: Environment, Health & Safety Lead Location: Islamabad

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to facilitate compliance with health, safety and environment guidelines and will ensure compliance to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards by providing advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations.
• Develop HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) related documents which are required for initiating of any project like (Warehouse management safety, Risk assessment, Job safety analysis, Daily reporting document) etc.
• Develop HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) plan that comply with company policies and procedures as well as local communities’ requirements.
• Provides HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) leadership and operational support to all levels of the organization and across all operational activities.
• Conducting HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) awareness sessions with TBT (Toolbox Talk) session to the project teams, giving training sessions of the new and existing personnel on emergencies.
• Investigate industrial accidents, near-miss accidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures and manage the return to work activities.
• Train new hires and all levels of personnel on HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) matters with a specific attention to particularly hazardous tasks.
• Coordinate purchase, proper use, maintenance and inspection of necessary PPE’s (Personal protective equipment).
• Development of Emergency Response team to ensure safety of the employees.
• Quarterly reporting of effluents and discharge gases to Environmental Protection Agency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BS)/Master of Science (MS) – Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences.
• 3-4 years of experience in FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods).

Role: Assistant Manager Warehouse Location: Islamabad

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the shipping team to ensure smooth, incident-free operations.
• Arrange daily transportation to meet dispatch targets and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and maintain transportation availability data against order requirements.
• Oversee asset recovery from the market to prevent production stoppages.
• Monitor and report Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) Min/Max data for HBL products in SAP.
• Coordinate with Sales for timely lifting of near-expiry products.
• Ensure full compliance by managing 100% of operations through SAP.
• Guarantee constant availability of vehicles and lifters for seamless operations.
• Manage stock cover levels of HBL SKUs to prevent stock outs and avoid sales loss.
• Coach and develop the team to build backups for critical roles.
• Ensure timely incident reporting in IMS with accurate root cause analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Distribution and Sales teams to resolve asset returns and variances.

Job Requirements:

• Education: MBA – MS in Supply Chain will be preferred.
• Experience: 5 years in warehousing and logistics, preferably in the beverage industry/FMCG.

Position: Assistant Manager Logistics Location: Islamabad

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and manage logistics and customer service operations.
• Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle.
• Maintain average VTAT (Vehicle Turnaround Time) of 60 minutes for all vehicles.
• Ensure zero incidents and timely deliveries as per agreed timelines.
• Liaise and negotiate with third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor vehicle movements to ensure cost-efficient logistics operations.
• Arrange vehicles according to sales demand to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Address and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse staff.
• Achieve targets for cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Maintain performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with NHA laws and regulations for safe deliveries.

Job Requirements:

• BBA/MBA with major in Supply Chain or Management.
• 05 years of logistics experience in FMCG – preference will be given to candidates with beverage industry experience.
