Job Opportunity: Treasury Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Complete Letter of Credits (LCs) processing, opening, amendments, transmission, retiring etc.
- Process of all types of payments against imports, contract payment, wire transfers, advance payment to supplier, Cash Against Documents (CADs) and open account payments.
- Correspondence with foreign supplier / vendors and local agents regarding Import transaction discussion.
- Negotiation of Foreign Exchange rates with different Bank’s treasury.
- Monitor and update the LC register, ensuring proper tracking of consignments and related documentation.
- Ensuring that all supplier invoices under the LC are recorded to ensure completeness and accurate settlements/ reconciliations.
- To conduct a day-end review of system entries to ensure accuracy and consistency, along with preparing reconciliation reports.
- Maintain effective coordination with clearing agents to ensure efficient and timely clearance of consignments.
- Preparation of cost sheets and posting of entries in the General Ledger (GL) SAP after completion of consignment documentation.
- Review, verify, and reconciliation of clearing agent bills to ensure accuracy and proper recording in the system.
Job Requirements:
- BBA / MBA in Finance / MCOM / ACCA.
- 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.

- Compilation and execution of given Plans/Objectives to attain Zone/Area wise Primary/Secondary Sales and Products/Packages availability targets.
- Regular Market visits to supervise/monitor the proper execution of set objectives/plans to ensure the attainment of desired results and to cultivate strong relationship with current and potential dealers.
- Gather market intelligence regarding Market Share, Trends, Analysis, Availability, Competition Activities etc. and communicate the same timely and accurately to seniors for better monitoring and controls.
- Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e. Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage etc.
- Distribution Management to ensure the proper execution of sales operations, ROI, KPI’s, GTM, Inventory Management.
Job Requirements:
- BBA / MBA with specialization in Marketing.
- 05-07 years experience in Beverages/FMCG.
