We’re looking for graduates to join our dynamic team for the role of Customer Services Manager – Retail Banking in Lahore, Faisalabad, Taunsa Sharif, Shikarpur, Renala Khurd, Sahiwal, Pir Mahal, Bhawalpur, Dassu, Sialkot, Jhelum & Doburji
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 4 – 5 years of relevant experience

Reaponsibilities
- Authorize transactions within assigned limits and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations
- Manage budgets and maintain financial controls within allocated limits
- Review GL accounts regularly for accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting
- Safeguard vault keys, ATM access, lockers, and security items with strict control measures
- Ensure efficient service delivery, TAT adherence, and timely complaint resolution
- Guide team to follow policies, roles, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee proper documentation for accounts, lockers, cards, and KYC/AML compliance
- Monitor key operations like cash handling, balancing, and critical reports
- Maintain audit standards and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage branch administration, security systems, and overall operations
- Support team development through performance management and appraisals
