Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of ‘Area Manager – Social Franchise‘ based at Faisalabad.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring That all sales target as assigned by National Sales Lead/ SF Coordinators on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
In allocated area, supervise the activities of field staff including SFEs and MIOs
Conducting weekly meetings with team to ensure that targets allocated by head office are achieved
To hire new SFEs/ MIOs to keep the number as per approved organogram
To prepare and execute induction plans for new SFEs/ and ensures their complete understanding of the systems, policies, and SOPs
To plan and arrange training for SFEs/ MIOs on promotional tools/ Promotional schemes/ DN handling/ Stock delivery, cash collection and closing of the sales.
To develop work plan and submit it to Head office before 25th of each month. Work plan must include with work plan of all staff reporting to this position
To get QTVs / other potential donor related working as required by Head of Social Franchise
To review and update recruitment Forms/MOUs of providers to ensure that provider meet the training selection requirements
To check the Variance from Work Plan report of all reporting staff and verify reasons of variance where there is a doubt and submit variance report to immediate supervisor
To propose customized promotional plan relevant to her/ his area of responsibility to immediate supervisor
Review files of Providers as and when required basis
To validate and approve the expense sheet incurred in field work by staff reporting to this position
To approve QTV data (whenever it is applicable)
Communicate all new plans and strategies by Head office to reporting staff
Participate in Monthly meeting with Head of Social Franchise / National Sales Lead, take minutes for action area, execute and report back to Head of Social Franchise / National Sales Lead
Responsible for grooming of team members and providing timely counselling to them
Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
