Qualification:

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in customer service or hospitality operations.
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Prior experience in hotel front office, reservations, or call center operations will be an advantage.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple.
