Greaves Airconditioning Private Limited Jobs Manager Project Planning & Controls: Greaves Airconditioning (Private) Limited (A Ghulam Faruque Group Company) is looking for experienced and professional individual for the following position based at Head Office, Karachi:

Manager Project Planning & Controls

The incumbent will be responsible for overall costing, centralized planning, scheduling and monitoring of HVAC /MEP Projects. He will implement and maintain effective controls on projects related to cost, schedule and scope to ensure that projects are working within the confines of set deadlines and budget limitations. In addition, he will be responsible for creating and adjusting project budgets, forecasting project goals and completion, developing reports related to project scheduling, budgeting and progress.

The position requires working within all stages of project management and close coordination with project managers to ensure that all budgeting, scheduling and coordination processes run smoothly.

The ideal candidate

Must be B.E (Mechanical) and (preferably) hold an MBA degree from a reputable institute with minimum 08 years of relevant experience.
Possess excellent project management, team management, analytical, problem solving, organizational and written/oral communication skills.
Be able to meet deadlines and possess the ability to work independently, must be able to multi-task and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse work group of vendors, managers, subcontractors, consultants and other professionals.
Be proficient in Primavera /MS Office and able to document business requirements.
PMP will be considered an added advantage.
