𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Retail Outlets (Area: Lahore, Faisalabad & Islamabad)
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✔️Conduct regular food safety audits at retail outlets as per company SOPs.
✔️ Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene practices at stores.
✔️ Check product expiry dates and ensure timely removal and corrective actions.
✔️ Ensure food safety checklists are properly maintained and updated on time.
✔️ Perform food sampling and basic analysis to detect contamination or quality issues.
✔️ Monitor freezers, chillers, snacks storage, and temperature controls.
✔️ Identify non-conformities and prepare audit reports with corrective action plans.
✔️ Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with store management.

✔️ Ensure compliance with company policies, food laws, and regulatory requirements.

🔸 BS Food Technology / BS Dairy Technology / BS Chemistry
🔸 Age: 22 to 30 years
🔸 Mobility: Must have own bike
🔸 Willingness to work in field/retail audit environment
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
✔️ Fresh graduates to 2 years of relevant experience in food safety, QA, or retail audits.
