Global Marks Pvt Ltd. Private Limited is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support for our office teams.
This is a hands-on role ideal for a proactive technician who can resolve hardware and software issues, maintain systems, and improve IT service delivery for a growing FMCG company.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
Provide hardware and software technical support for office staff, both in person and remotely.
Troubleshoot and resolve on site issues across desktops, laptops, printers, POS devices, and peripherals.
Install, configure, update, and patch operating systems, applications, and drivers.
Maintain user accounts, basic Active Directory tasks, and access provisioning support.
Log, track, and escalate incidents and service requests using the ticketing system.
Maintain and update knowledge base documentation and standard operating procedures.
Deliver timely solutions with strong customer service and user training where needed.
Support basic network troubleshooting including switches, routers, Wi Fi, and VPN.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
2 to 3 years of IT support experience, preferably in an office or FMCG environment.
Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, Microsoft Office, printers, networking fundamentals, and remote support tools.
Good communication skills, problem solving attitude, and ability to work on site.
