Ghandhara Automobiles Ltd. is looking for MANAGER / SR. MANAGER to ensure complete security, safety, and asset protection of the automobile manufacturing plant, including facilities, manpower, materials, finished vehicles, scrap, and transit operations, through effective security planning, execution, and liaison with law enforcement agencies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Retired Major / Lieutenant Colonel (Pakistan Army).
- Clean service record with a strong disciplinary background.
- Minimum 15 years of service experience.
- Prior experience in industrial, logistics, port, refinery, or large manufacturing security is preferred.
- Based in Karachi and age below 48 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant and Asset Security.
- Security Operations Management.
- Investigations of fraud, misconduct and security breaches and proper reporting and Vigilance.
- Liaison and Coordination with government agencies.
- Support management during labour unrest, strikes, or emergencies.
- Risk Management and Emergency Response.
- Reporting and Compliance.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and command presence.
- Excellent investigation and analytical skills.
- High integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to handle civilian labour, unions, and contractors.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Sound judgment under pressure.
Performance Indicators:
- Reduction in theft, pilferage, and security incidents.
- Compliance with security SOPs and audit findings.
- Effectiveness of incident response and investigations.
- Stability during labour or operational crises.
- Cost-effective security management.
