About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager Finance to support our finance operations, reporting, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities.

· Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.

· Monitor cash flow, reconciliations, and expense controls.

· Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments.

· Support automation and process improvement within the finance function.

· Timely filing and compliance with income tax, sales tax, and other statutory obligations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (ACCA/ICMA/CA Inter preferred).

· 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the travel, service, or corporate sector.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

· Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Power suite) and MS Excel.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
