We are hiring! IT Executive
Gerry’s Visa is looking to hire an enthusiastic, proactive and fast learning individual with proven aptitude towards creating values into our business.
The ideal candidate for this position will be looking for the responsibilities:
- Manage and service 2nd line support tickets reassigning high-level tickets where necessary.
- Configure client computer systems and assist with troubleshooting issues.
- Understanding of endpoint environments, including support for Windows 8 to Windows 10, MS Office 2013 to 365.
- Provide troubleshooting resolutions for Enterprise solutions such as Operating Systems, Antivirus, Office 365, VoIP Phone Systems.
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as end-user patch management, asset tracking, and internal auditing.

Gender: Male
Experience and Qualification:
- Previous Experience in an IT or Helpdesk Role
- Good Knowledge of Networks and Microsoft Windows Active Directory Environment
- Hold or be working towards MCP Qualification
Education and Competencies:
BS (CS) / BS (IT) or higher in the same area of expertise.
Location: Lahore
Timing: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
