Role Summary/Purpose: GMP is a 1 year program for graduate a student that offers a core curriculum that fosters the development of commercial, technical and leadership skills critical to success in all GE businesses. The program prepares candidates for a successful career by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers while simultaneously making valuable contributions to the organization

Essential Responsibilities: GMP accelerates development of entry-level talent and produces leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing the various businesses and functions at GE. The program gives new recruits the opportunity to work on critical projects and roles that contribute directly to improvement of business performance and delivery of growth. The program allows candidates to build leadership and functional skills through challenging assignments and on the job training working with Local & International Teams. Typical projects include working on GE new product launches, enhancing GE products market penetration, business operations streamlining, developing go to market strategy etc.

Qualifications/Requirements: Master’s degree in Business or Graduate degree in Engineering disciplines. Minimum

0 GPA or equivalent – Fluent in English and the language of Country where you wish to work (written and oral)
