Description

Ensure preparation of annual financial statements as per International Financial Reporting Standards.
Ensure preparation of annual budget and getting it approved from Board of Directors.
Oversee tax matters including representing Company at FBR and ATIR.
Oversee the treasury function and capital market transactions.
Supervise preparation and presentation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial covenants given in Concession Agreement signed with National Highway Authority.
Development and updating of financial model covering the project period.
Review and update financial projections.
Arrange debit and equity financing.
Review proposal for business development.
Review transaction with contractors and suppliers.

Qualification: ACA/FCCA/FCMA/MBA Fin

Skills

Updated knowledge of International financial reporting standards, Tax Laws, corporate accounting policies & procedures, best industrial practices and compliance/ audit requirements.
Sound skills of using ERP and other accounting packages/ applications.

Experience: 15 years of relevant experience

Position: Plant Manager

Description

To oversee employees, production and efficiency and to ensure the mine operations, plant operations and tailing dam operations are running smoothly and safely.
To ensure effective and constructive communication with and among the departments.
To promote a positive organizational culture that encourages high performance at high morale.
To ensure the efficient correction of any non-conformity among the project.
To maintain optimum operation by assigning departments to create policies, Standard operating procedures (SOPs), Work instructions and quality plans.
Oversee all the policies and procedures are implemented.
To collect and analyze through current data to find areas for improvement.
Evaluate and keeps in check the department heads for efficient performance.
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.

Qualification: MS/BS in Mechanical

Description

Respond to patients’ medical problems by referring to their history.

Discuss and evaluate new pharmaceutical products with pharmaceutical representatives.
Deal with all kind of major and minor accidental cases.
Available to provide all OPD / emergency cases and available to provide medical assistance as and when required in camp.
Perform as medical officer on motorways.
Responsible to inspect all lifesaving medical equipment and drugs.
Provide necessary treatments at accident site and refer the causality at nearest pre-designated government hospitals

Qualification: MBBS
