HR Executive
Job Responsibilities & Skills:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee and manage a KPI’s based performance appraisal system.
- Deal effectively with Employee Grievances, Disciplinary action & Conflicts.
- Actively participate in Organizational Development & Employee Engagement.
- Design & implement reward & recognition plans.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Conduct orientation & and execution of the related documentation of new joiners.
- Responsible for updating Employee Job Descriptions and organogram of all departments.
- Preparing Offer letters, experience letters, and warning letters for Employee
Qualification: Min Graduation Experience: 2-3 Years Experience in same capacity Salary: Market Competitive Location: Fortress Square Mall-Lahore
