Five Rivers Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate with SEO and Performance Marketing expertise to drive business growth through strategic advertising campaigns on Social Media & Google. Overseeing email marketing and lead generation is also part of the role.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and performance marketing strategies on social media and Google to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and lead generation
· Oversee email marketing campaigns, from content creation to segmentation and deployment
· Conduct extensive market research and analysis to identify target audience segments, trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization, with a strong emphasis on SEO
· Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across social media and Google Ads, aligning with SEO objectives and ensuring effective targeting, budget allocation, and ad placement
· Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytical tools, such as Google Analytics and other performance marketing platforms, driving insightful decision making
· Translate data-driven insights into meaningful reports, highlighting campaign performance, trends, and actionable recommendations
· Extract actionable insights from the customer journey on digital platforms, focusing on SEO and performance metrics, to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness
· Stay at the forefront of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices in SEO, Facebook, Google advertising, email marketing, and lead generation, translating these insights into optimized campaign performance
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives
· Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, particularly within the realm of SEO, to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
· Drive the optimization of SEO efforts, improving organic visibility, website rankings, and overall search performance while ensuring synergies with performance marketing campaigns

Requirements:

· A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
· Relevant certifications in SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
· Proven experience in SEO and performance marketing roles, showcasing expertise in SEO strategies and campaign management with 4-6 years of experience
· Strong understanding of email marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and campaign optimization
. In-depth understanding of SEO best practices
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data, particularly in the context of SEO metrics
· Familiarity with managing campaigns on social media platforms will be a plus
. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork across departments
