Job Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, overhauling, and preventive/breakdown maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including chillers, AHUs, split & panel ACs, and cold storage units.
- Operate and maintain HVAC and ammonia refrigeration systems to ensure smooth functioning of production halls, cold rooms, and packing areas.
- Conduct fault diagnosis, leak detection, refrigerant charging, and ensure quick system restoration.
- Maintain proper airflow, filtration, and energy-efficient operations to support hygienic production standards.
- Keep accurate maintenance logs, manage spare parts inventory, and coordinate with production teams during shutdowns and repairs.
