Plantsite Mirpur Mathelo
Head Office Rawalpindi

Applications are accepted from candidates with qualifications from HEC/PEC approved institutions in following areas:

Chemical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Electrical Engineering
MSc Chemistry (Analytical) or 16 years of Equivalent Education

Eligibility Criteria

B.E / B.Sc. Engineering from National / International University (HEC / PEC recognized)
Already graduated / students of final semester completing their degree by July / August 2024 are encouraged to apply.
Age Limit- Less than 27 years
Marital Status – Single
Minimum CGPA – 2.8 and above

Step 2: NTS Fertilizer Test

Get yourself registered in “NTS Fertilizer” by visiting NTS website (https://www.nts.org.pk). NTS test will be held on 18^th February and 3^rd March 2024, however, candidates can appear only in one test as per their date of choice.

Selection Process

Based on the academic and NTS results, top candidates will be called for preliminary interviews that will generally focus on candidate’s career expectations, professional knowledge, skills and their ability to apply those to real life situations.
Assessment Centre – The candidates will be assessed for their soft skills through various group / team and individual sessions.
Final Interviews – Will be conducted to evaluate overall personality and leadership potential.

Medical Fitness Examinations – Selected candidates are required to clear medical fitness examination at FFC Medical Centers Acceptance
