To ensure efficient sales operations and high customer engagement. Manage and improve strike rates for customer engagements. Ensure comprehensive area coverage and successful execution of projects. Lead new customer acquisition initiatives. Implement and monitor discount and credit policies. Convert leads into sales & achieve sales targets. Enhance customer retention & improve the Net Promoter Score.
Education: MBA marketing or equivalent from any reputable university
Experience: 10 to 12 years of sales & BD experience with 5 years at managerial position in any building material related industry.
Skills: Project Management, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Leadership, Interpersonal Communication.
