𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Sr. Manager Transaction Monitoring – AML

𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 Lahore

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
BS Honors/Master’s in Business is preferred from a reputable university.
Strong academic background with no “C” grade throughout the educational career.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 Minimum 7 years of experience in banking, specifically in transaction monitoring and AML.

𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
Ability to critically evaluate situations, resolve disputes, and manage conflicts.
Proactive and resourceful in suggesting process improvements.
Ability to adapt and align with organizational culture.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

➡️ Supervise alerts generated by the Transaction Monitoring System and acquire required information/documents per SOPs.

➡️ Review replies and KYC/CDD documents from branches to ensure further queries are raised by analysts promptly to analyze transaction patterns and profile consistency.

➡️ Conduct account reviews based on FATCA MIS to identify accounts with US indicia for IRS reporting.

➡️ Perform account reviews using MIS to identify accounts requiring reporting under CRS.

➡️ Prepare and highlight STR Notes for senior management review and approval.

➡️ Stay updated on the latest AML Act 2010 and AML/CFT Regulations.

➡️ Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
