About Us:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Faletti’s Grand Hotel Gujranwala. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, managing online travel agency (OTA) platforms, and utilizing Munshi 10 software.

Responsibilities:

Oversee front office operations, ensuring efficient check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
Manage online travel agency (OTA) platforms, maintaining accurate rates, availability, and content
Utilize Munshi 10 software for front office operations, ensuring seamless integration with other hotel systems
Ensure exceptional guest service, resolving any complaints or issues promptly
Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness throughout the hotel
Supervise and coordinate the activities of front office staff

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of front office operations, OTA platforms, and Munshi 10 software
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
Familiarity with hotel operations and front office systems
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
