Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communication roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in branding, marketing, and communication.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand messages and effectively communicate them across various platforms.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, content management systems, and analytics tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market positioning and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and incorporate them into brand strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Manage the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital assets, and promotional items.
- Lead and manage a team of brand and communication specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations to optimize brand presence and marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support brand initiatives.
