The role involves driving organization design and efficiency projects, conducting job evaluations, developing role profiles, and supporting change management and transformation initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders to diagnose organizational gaps, propose structural enhancements, and deliver data-driven, executive-ready insights.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with 8–10 years of relevant experience in organizational design, HR, OD, or consulting roles. HR certifications will be considered an advantage.
- Engro Fertilizers is hiring a Plant Warehouse Manager, based at our Daharki plant, to manage and optimise warehouse operations supporting uninterrupted plant performance.
The role involves overseeing spares, chemicals, and consumables inventory to ensure smooth and continuous plant operations. Responsibilities include enforcing HSE compliance through inspections, audits, and training, investigating incidents, maintaining optimal inventory levels, controlling costs, and supporting plant shutdown requirements in close coordination with site and procurement teams.
Candidates should hold a BE degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience in plant warehouse, inventory, or operations management within an industrial environment.
