Position: Team Lead E&I
Location: Karachi
Education: BE/B-Tech
Experience: 3-5 years
Brief for duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure that the notifications are properly closed and signed off by the requesting department.
- Ensure repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment as per set maintenance plan.
- Responsible for managing of the breakdowns and the timely rectification on the plant and machinery.
- Responsible for the management of shift area workshop.
- Check and place the order for any backup spare parts that need to be kept in the shift maintenance workshop.
- Carry out repairs/refurbishment of any parts/assemblies replaced on the machines.
- Coordination with contractors/service providers for smooth operation of the plant and timely completion of the jobs assigned to them.
- Coordinate with the Production team shift leads relating to any work that needs to be carried out on the plant.
- Coordinate with EHS before starting any PTW required work.
- Coordinate with the Production team on each Friday for Sunday shutdown related activities and plan for the spare parts and resources accordingly.
