Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?
- Ensure and monitor all materials movement (receiving, issuance and returns) completed in every aspect.
- Coordinate with production team for materials availability for production against Process orders to ensure 100% production to avoid any downtime or loss.
- Ensure safe materials handling to avoid any damages by maintaining 0% loss of Materials, Machineries, or any injury to manpower.
- Keep a check that all storages of Materials and materials movement are 100% compliant against all company policies, rules, and regulation.
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy at all (Raw and Packaging) warehouses and communication with reconciliation of discrepancies of stocks if any.
- Coordinate stock counts with internal audit, Finance to achieve and maintain IRA at 100%.
- Ensure all transactions have been completed on real time basis in SAP total worth approx. Rs.130 million per day.
- Develop and communicate all reviews report to provide support in maintaining right inventory level.
- Ensure all sifting and grinding operations according to Plan and standards (output and wastages).
- Monitor turnaround time for effective and productive materials receiving’s by achieving the set benchmark.
- Ensure and monitor the effective implementation of ISO 9001-2200, HACCP, and EMS.
- Collaborate and coordinate with projects for execution and completion of projects related with warehouse capacities.
- Coordinate with Finance and supply planning for inventory provisioning process and further action related with materials usage or disposal.
