Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?
- Evaluate finished products on daily basis against set parameters / standards defined in product specification.
- Discuss observations with panel and escalate observations to production and QA teams for required actions needed.
- Evaluate finished products biscuits during defined shelf life to check opportunities of extension in shelf life and share feedback with R&D.
- Record finished product results in SAP module for reference.
- Develop finished product specifications in coordination with R&D for any new product.
- Review and update finished product specifications in coordination with R&D and Production department.
- Collaborate with Production and QA Process for PSQCA inspection and sampling as per defined rule and regulation on quarterly.
- Conduct root cause analysis of consumer complaint, report results as per defined format and maintain record for future reference.
- Look after record keeping and documentation related to QMS, FSMS, EMS, OH&SMS to ensure its quick retrieval and continuous improvement of these systems.
- Conduct study for finished product shelf-life re-validation as per defined testing plan and management direction.
- Ensure QMS, FSMS, EMS, OH&SMS implementation in respective functions by keeping close check on proper documentation of these standards to meet the requirement.
- Engage with external labs for testing and evaluation of finished goods wherever needed.
- Plan and conduct EBM Warehouse and Distribution Warehouse audits as per defined Warehouse Assessment Checklist to ensure that EBM product storage condition are being followed.
- Plan and conduct market survey to gauge product quality at point of sales; analyze observations, highlight areas of improvement, and share results with relevant departments.
