Position: Manager E-Commerce
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, IT, CS, or any other related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in E-Commerce of a well-known retail brand preferably 2-3 years as head of Department
Skills
- Hands on experience of E-commerce operations
- Working knowledge of Magento and AX Dynamics
- Must be a team player and able to work with other team members in a friendly and collaborative way A Effectively managing workflow to meet time-lines in a fast paced retail environment
Responsibilities
- Developing the entire E-Commerce campaign calendar and planning volume and value targets for the
- E-Commerce business as head of department and then effectively chasing those targets to grow the business
- Complete management of merchandise and inventory on website and in warehouse
- Ensuring that order processing and fulfillment is done as per SOP and returns are timely monitored / processed to reduce opportunity cost
- Managing accurate reconciliation of inventory and courier / electronic payments
- Regular monitoring of Ul/UX and Statistics to ensure seamless consumer experience
- Develop and execute seamless Omni-channel customer experience on all touch points. Responsible for getting best results in NPS / customer experience surveys
- Taking lead on all special projects for (BPI) business process improvement and experience like Omni-channel, Mobile App, Online Marketplace etc
- Training the team on operational excellence as well as latest technology and trends associated with E-Commerce

Position: Executive Planning & Distribution
Qualification & Experience: Bachelors / Masters in Supply Chain Management A 2-3 years’ of experience, preferably in Supply Chain Data Analysis
Skills
- Hands on experience with ERP platforms (AX, AX365, Oracle, SAP etc)
- Problem solving aptitude
- Analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong command over Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Model, analyze, interpret supply chain operations data
- Pro-actively manage daily order level data; recommend improvement and implement changes
- Provide functional excellence in the area of supply chain data
- Perform inter store transfer of assigned categories
- Maintain stock levels of all stores according to approved capacities and stock standards
- Assist in distribution and replenishment operations
