Job Overview:
Duraflow Manufacturing is looking for a motivated and energetic Salesman to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate must be willing to physically visit shops, dealers, and market areas to promote and sell our plastic pipes and water tanks.
This is a field-based, commission-driven role for individuals who are confident in direct sales and market visits.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Visit shops and dealers physically to promote and sell company products
Generate new leads and develop strong customer relationships
Achieve assigned sales targets
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Ensure excellent customer service
Submit regular sales reports to management
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum Education: Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
Own Bike is Mandatory (for market visits and sales activities)
Sales experience (especially in plastic industry) will be preferred
💰 Compensation:
Commission-Based (Attractive earning potential for high performers)
