Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, and proactive Manager – Revenue to join our dynamic team. This role will oversee and manage the sub-departments of Billing, Data Analytics & Validation of existing receivables and financials. The position requires strong analytical skills to interpret financial and non financial data, detect anomalies, and provide strategic insights. Additionally, this role involves monitoring and reporting financial irregularities to highlight discrepancies and ensure financial transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the billing, receivables, and financial analytics teams of Dunya Media Group.
Analyze existing receivables and financial data to track trends, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Organize and structure large volumes of data in a meaningful way to support strategic decision-making.
Strong coordination and follow-ups with Sales, Marketing, CTS, and Transmission departments.
Present detailed insights, market trends, and actionable recommendations to senior management (CFO, COO, Group Managing Director).
Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and performance indicators using Power BI.
Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of all financial data related to billing and receivables.
Provide strategic recommendations to optimize revenue and improve financial operations.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve organizational objectives.
Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Liaise with the Tax Department for Sales Tax returns.
Coordinate and communicate with PBA & APNS in relation to receivables.
Conduct comparative analysis in terms of business, inventory, and per-minute air rates.

Qualifications:

MBA in Accounting or Finance from a reputed university in Pakistan (preferably with an O and A Levels educational background).
2 to 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
Expertise in Excel and Power BI to develop reports and dashboards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High level of intelligence and an active, results-driven approach to work.

This role is highly data-driven and analytical, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to detect inconsistencies in financial data.
A critical aspect of this position is the ability to organize complex financial data in a structured manner to drive business decisions.
