Position: Sr. Executive – HR Compensation & Benefits Location: Dr. Ziauddin Hospital, Head Office, North Nazimabad Karachi

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Executive – HR Compensation & Benefits will support the design, implementation, and management of compensation structures and employee benefits programs. The role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with organizational policies and labor laws while enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive pay structures.
Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, provident fund, bonuses, and leave policies.
Handle EOBI and SESSI registrations, contributions, and compliance as per applicable laws.
Process and manage Full & Final Settlements (F&F) including gratuity, leave encashment, and other dues.
Maintain and update compensation structures, salary scales, and grading systems.
Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and HR analytics for management review.
Respond to employee queries regarding salary, benefits, and settlements.
Assist in annual salary reviews, increments, and bonus processes.
Coordinate with finance and other departments for smooth compensation processing.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

Knowledge of compensation structures and benefits administration.
Hands-on experience with EOBI, SESSI, and final settlements.
Understanding of labor laws.
Analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems.
Coordination and problem-solving skills.
Flow HCM Software knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS:

Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Working Experience: 3 to 4 years of HR experience preferably in healthcare or hospital sector.
