Position : EVENING ADMINISTRATOR

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS.

JOB SUMMARY: The Evening Administrator ensures uninterrupted hospital operations during evening hours by monitoring patient care services, supervising staff, managing grievances, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies. The incumbent represents COO/top management in evening shifts, safeguarding service quality, patient safety, and financial controls.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily hospital operations in evening hours ensuring continuity of services
• Monitor patient admission, discharge, and emergency flow.
• Ensure effective patient feedback handling and grievance resolution.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and performance of evening staff
• Liaise with nursing, medical, and support staff for smooth service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with evening billing, cash handling, and revenue collection
• Prepare daily shift reports and communicate observations to COO
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and performance of evening staff.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to supervise and develop team members.
• Familiarity with healthcare procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree / (Master’s preferred).
• Professional Qualification: Relevant Certification courses/ Diplomas in Health management.
• Work Experience: 3 to 4 years of hospital operations / Administrative experience.

TRAINEE PHARMACIST LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, CLIFTON CAMPUS

JOB SUMMARY: A Trainee Pharmacist will gain practical experience in dispensing medications, providing clinical services, and delivering patient care while working under the supervision of registered pharmacists. This role involves learning to manage prescriptions, offer medication advice, and handle inventory. Additionally, the trainee will acquire knowledge about the clinical and legal aspects of pharmacy practice while developing essential patient care skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately reviews prescriptions for correct drug, dosage and route of administration.
• Prepares intravenous drug doses and total parenteral nutrition using aseptic techniques in the laminar air flow hood, under supervision.
• Implements all safety regulations on a daily basis for own safety and safety of others.
• Ensures medical products are stored appropriately and securely to ensure freshness and potency.
• Answers queries from patients and hospital staff, either through existing knowledge or after confirmation by pharmacists.
• Compounding extemporaneous preparation under supervision of the Pharmacist

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:

• Knowledge of medications and their properties.
• Excellent time management.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and identify potential problems
